Such a lovely spot, highly recommend to anyone in need of beautiful & unique trimming, embellishments, ribbons, buttons & more. I like that they have carts to use. It’s a spacious store & the staff is nice & helpful.

Terrific customer service and fast shipping! I made a mistake on my order and customer service was quick to help me and I received the correct order and they shipped super fast. They also have buttons/craft supplies that are pretty hard to find! Love this place, can't recommend it enough.
Heard about this place for a long time, but didn't need anything. Then I bought a vintage overcoat from 1937, missing some horn buttons. I came with my button to match and they showed me to a Button Room at the back of the store: it was like Narnia. They had everything you could imagine, including my horn buttons. I bought some tassels for my antique keys as well. This place is a paradise, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Great place but the service is terrible. We asked one of the workers if she can help us, she looked at us and said okay but then she walked away. Later I asked for some prices and she said look at the box, inside the box and again walked away...then we just decided to leave the place.
Must stop for all things crafty. I go even when I don't need anything. They have great displays of trends and inspiration. Beautiful selection and helpful people!
