I have been working with Nikki for over 8 years now, and I can't say enough great things about her approach to nutrition and her commitment to sharing her love of healthy living with her clients. Over the years, Nikki has helped me get back on track post-pregnancy with 3 small children. She is a great listener who really takes the time to customize an approach for each client. She has the best suggestions on how to eat right and eat healthy, even with small kids and very limited time to cook at home! My family has been so impressed with my ability to get back on track after the birth of each child, and I owe it all to Nikki. She has been my cheerleader along the way. After a recent session with her, Nikki suggested that I try the ear seed kit, too. I have been having trouble sleeping over the past few months, and it has done wonders for me. She walked me through how to apply them, and I really think that it made me sleep better at night and de-stress after a long day. Overall, super highly recommended - thank you NAO Wellness!

Thank you to NAO Wellness for creating this in-home wellness package. I love these ear seeds. Cute packaging and super easy-to-follow instructions. They stick on so well and last for over a week. I use them especially if I need to get lots of projects done at once, since they increase my ability to focus. I have also used them for stress relief and what a miracle they are. My jaw always tenses up and whenever I use the ear seeds I can feel an immediate reduction of any tension and stress levels go down.. I am so happy for these little sparkly life savers. xx, Nicole
