I have never been treated so shabbily by anyone whose services I sought.. I had used them once before and found another technician , whose name I did not know, talented, effective, and generous. He was of course responsible and engendered trust, in him the person and in his technical acumen. So, when I needed someone to install windows 10, and help, secondarily, downloading photos onto my cpu, I reached out to ABC. Never again!! The young kid came on time, the first time, spent two hours transferring files, and agreed to come again the next day, at noon. When he had not shown up 15 minutes after the appointed hour, I called, and drearily he answered the phone, said he would be there in ten minutes, and in an h our’s time was not even. Here. I called the office, left a voice mail, but no one h as answered my repeated calls for the last 9 hours. He finally showed up, just moments before the person I’d researc he’d to replace him. Foolishly, I let him in and he went about his work. It took several more hours, and he left my phone downloading, said he’d call from home when he got home. He never called, in the same irresponsible mode he had revealed earlier in the day. Not only that, but my computer does not work. I cannot get into OUtlook or Word, I cannot go online, nothing. It was not only a total waste, but now I have to hire someone to undo the damage he did, on top of all the duress he has put me through. And on top of that, no one at the office, if it exists at all, ever returned my countless calls. I am really sorry, I feel violated and enraged. The gall of this kid, the irresponsibility of this kid. And the irresponsibility of this place that it would let loose somebody like that, who is not ready to take on adult responsibilities.
