Over the past 5 years I have had several treatments by Dr. Sadick and his associates. Each time I have received excellent care. His staff is welcoming and very supportive. My most recent treatments included botox, fillers, and several laser treatments for “red face syndrome”. As in the past, Dr. Sadick’s technique with botox and fillers garners beautifully natural results. The laser treatment is a true life changing experience. The redness in my face has always made me self conscious. After two treatments, my skin is markedly improved. Because of this, I feel as confident on the outside as I do inside. Not only is the redness substantially lessened, but my skin is smoother and more radiant. Dr. Sadick and his colleagues truly care about their patients. I recommend calling them.

Terrible customer service, and looks like this place is a scum. I made my video appointment over the weekend and called them two times to confirm it. Ended up 20 min prior my video visit they sent me a text message that I have to fill in my forms. I was in a meeting how I am suppose to find time to complete that? Why they could not request that in advance? Experience with a Customer service both times was terrible. On top of that, they were not be able to tell me the price for initial video consultation. They charge 150 in advance as a deposit and then they kept saying the total price for the VIDEO appointment depends on the outcome. It sounds like a scum to me so I canceled. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Would not recommend this practice. The appointment was fine and Dr. Soza seemed very helpful, but I was completely unable to execute her well thought out plan for me because I could not get my prescriptions. I left voicemail after voicemail after voicemail and also multiple patient portal messages. Also called the office multiple times and was repeatedly told that the medical assistant would call me. Four weeks later, I still do not have my prescriptions. I have never wasted this much time tracking down a prescription before.
I had a great experience at the clinic. And it has been one of my favorite places to practice self care. Considering that I would like to thank you Dr. Sadick, for your excelente job! Because I am actress I was afraid about doing a Botox treatment. I am looking gorgeous and refreshing without being frozen. I really enjoyed the whole process and result.
WARNING!!!! The service I’m about to mention will have you hooked! Laser facials are my new best friend. If you have never tried one before PLEASE do so. Save money and get a package bc once you try it you’ll definitely be adding to your beauty regimen. Dr Ferzli is the best dermatologist in nyc. She’s super informative and always lets me know of any pros or cons with anything I may want to get. You know how your skin gets dull sometimes? The laser facials wipe that all away and your skin GLOWS! I like to describe the laser feeling like a warm hug on your skin. I have dark skin so I’m always concerned with hyperpigmentation ect. The laser facial has really improved my skin overall. Oh, that acne I get from the masks “maskne” ...is no longer an issue. Thanks to the whole Sadick crew. You guys are awesome!
