I thought these guys were the worst AV company ever until Jeff Sternhall from Sage told me not to worry and he would fix all the issues. The following week, he got his main engineer here and they promised me he would not leave until it was fixed. The day passed and I was skeptical, but it has been 3 weeks now and everything that used to not work before such as the controls for my apple TV, cable and sonos all work like a charm... Jeff is the Electronics whisperer... 4 stars because it took a year, but if it was like this from day one, these guys easily deserve 5 stars.

Hey Keep

Probably one of the worst AV companies I’ve ever worked with. Spent close to 50,000 on equipment and service and still nothing is working. Surely there after I had another AV company after one year Of dealing with the problems that Sage caused, coming in to troubleshoot and fix their problems. The were able to fix things in two days and really had a lot of disappointing things to say about how things were set up by Sage. In my opinion please save your money and do not work with them. Unfortunately they are associated with some interior designers across the New York City region that will try to make you use them however keep in mind that there is a definite kick back around this of a price by 20%, you will get ripped off and you will develop zero functionality of any of the AV stuff that you decide to install in your new place. Stay away!
