I just adopted a sweet, gentle, and wonderful adult Beagle mix from Social Tees. I am so grateful for all the work the volunteers and fosters do. The adoption team is very thorough with their review process. I waited a while to hear back, almost considered looking for puppies from breeders, yet I know this is not the right thing to do, so I persevered. Initially I thought the very thorough review process was extremely unnecessary, yet later realized, that this is really to ensure that they find the best homes and best fit with owners for these animals. Once my application was pre-approved, it took a while to find the right fit puppy. A few of my initial choices were not approved and they really explained the rationale and made recommendations about the type of dog that will fit me and my experience. When the right dog came along, it was true love. The foster I connected with via a video call really took care of the dog, have been so extremely helpful with the entire transition process, and so willing to give tips and advice on how to make the transition smooth. I can’t thank everyone enough!

We are so thankful to Social Tees and their amazing fosters for bringing our new baby home to us! From the beginning, we could tell that the welfare of their animals is their top priority. This is not an agency that just tries to get animals into a home. They work to get them into the RIGHT home and ensure it's a long term fit. That being said, they were incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. The volunteers at our pick-up were so thoughtful and offered us great advice for introducing our new dog and current dog. Thank you Social Tees!
I am so proud to say that my husband and I adopted our puppy Penelope from Social Tees because above all, they put the animals' needs and care first. There is an obvious \puppy boom\ going on and I would imagine it's difficult to deal with a groundswell of applications and emails, but the team at Social Tees were thorough, informative and patient while undergoing the necessary background checks to ensure little Penelope was going to a home that would provide her with lots of love and care. The team guided my husband and I through the adoption process, answering many questions and putting us in touch with the puppy's foster mom who was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. It was so nice to know that Social Tees put just as much care into their foster parents as they do their adopters. All I can say is if you're interested in adopting, be patient, be informed, and adopt from Social Tees!
Very professional, great with communication and adoption process was easy and in the best interest for the pup. Foster parents were awesome, you can see that they really took care of all the animals. The day we went to meet our pup there were others and their fosters. Was sad because the puppies you can tell didn't want to leave but was so happy they all found a forever home. Thanks to all the staff and the volunteers. We couldn't be happier.
