This is a good bus station. Gets you there and back. Follow instructions and you'll be alright.

This is definitely the worst bus company. The bus broke down and they had us in the heat for 6hours before we could get a replacement bus. And when the driver was asked questions he was being rude. And the replacement bus was dirty and smell like it hadn't been clean in weeks. This service is unacceptable

They just drop you anywhere and at anytime. Every time I have used this bus I was and hour and a half or more later than my arrival time.

Nice buses, loud bus staff who will wake you up when you are in a deep sleep, and a resistance to allow you a relaxing meal at a rest stop or an emergency rest room stop. The toilet on the bus was locked until a passenger demanded that it to be open. Prior to this I thought there was going to be an ugly incident as the passengers got really tense due to the obnoxious outbursts from a guy with the full bladder. What precipitated the unrest was our driver shouted there would be no stop for another two hours! He was coerced to pull into a truck stop fifteen minutes later. You will often get only fifteen minutes to buy food and use the facilities with passengers fearful they will be stranded if they don't hurry. The majority of the passengers do not demand better service and their complacency lowers the standards of the bus company, One passenger who rides regularly told me State Troopers are often called due to inappropriate passenger behavior. The bus drivers I observed act like totalitarian despots, sometimes lacking good manners. Passengers occasionally will act out in a sociopathic manner and the fellow who accompanies the driver speaks/yells very loudly in Chinese to announce stops which makes you think the worst is about to happen. No, it is just a fifteen break for the full \hell-just-broke-loose experience\. No extra charge! This is a cattle car mentality. You get what you pay for. I recommend a Rolls Royce if that is your viable option. Believe it or not, this bus line is still better than Greyhound due to price and well-maintained equipment, but that is not saying much.
