Really good ramen making me feel like I'm back in Osaka... Cash only. Lots of veggie and vegan options, as well as traditional meats and fish . The Japanese curry is great! Hectic but fun vibe, and the cooks you get to watch if luck puts you at counter, and the wait staff is friendly and happy to work here. Delicious food!

Amazing place to try different soba dishes both cold and warm. It’s a fun friend gathering place in the middle of cold winter. It’s definitely my favorite!!!

The best soba noodles in NYC! We visit Cocoron all the time! I live in uptown Manhattan so have been unable to visit their location. We ordered their frozen delivery so we could still enjoy our favourite noodles! They did not disappoint! I can’t wait until we can visit them again!

First time trying Japanese curry and did not disappoint! Place was casual and servers were nice, food was delicious and not expensive at all. We had noddles and curry Japanese soup, Sapporo beer and was fantastic. When we finished our food, they brought some hot tes to give that last nice detail to our meal, excellent night!

Excellent service, delicious food, and wonderful presentation. I chose one of the limited vegan dip sobas with homemade yuba (tofu skins) and delicious, creamy soy milk broth (infused with kelp). It was the best decision I made this week. NY is currently experiencing a heat wave and I would go back in a heartbeat!

The space is great! I sat at the bar and could watch my food being prepared and the staff was very attentive. My soba was incredible, served with a small fire under the broth. However, I did find a hard piece of plastic from a container in my soup, which I feel was a one time thing, but a bit negligent.

Good spot on a rainy day if you wish to get warm soba. I prefer warm noodles over cold ones and this place does it right. It’s a bit pricey and cash only. Otherwise would be 5-stars.
