Receptionists are very sweet. Unfortunately Doctor refuses to answer questions or concerns about prescription medications over the phone. Once the visit is over, if you want to ask the Doctor a question about your medication, you have to pay for another appointment. Update: After I left the one star review I received a bill from Dr. Susan Bard for 1,900 for a simple Cryotherpay in one small location which she wrote on the bill as \surgery.\ Was in the office for a total of 5-minutes. Called office to inquire what their normal billing rates are for such a treatment and was told I would have to pay for a consultation again with Dr. Susan Bard to simply find out what her range of typical prices are for this treatment. Truly a greedy practice.

I am so grateful to have found my dermatologist Susan Bard MD , she’s literally the best in Manhattan. - the whole office is so sweet, Latrece, is honestly the most welcoming nurse - I come in and she always remembers not only my name but is quick to acknowledge and address any follow up questions. I would be happy if all my physician specialists could just be in this same office. I’d be in ... doctor heaven? Ha. Anyway. Super nice office and brilliant dermatologist who knows how to treat autoimmune related skin issues - which is rare!!
