I have purchased a few pieces from Suzy B, including a gorgeous engagement ring. The staff is very attentive, knowledgeable, and will leave you a happy customer. I gave a budget for my ring, they stayed within the budget and did not try and show me stones outside the budget (no bait and switch here). They take the time to explain the differences between stones/ settigns with no pressure. I highly recommend.
