Though it was the first time I had ever accepted a flyer on the street and then walked into the store, it turned out to be an amazing experience. i bought the first coat I tried on. It was perfect for me. That was a year ago. Last month after getting my first Covid shot, I could not remove the residue of the sticker that had been put on my coat despite my efforts. I contact Fur Source in distress thinking I had really damaged the coat. I received an immediate response to send it to them and their cleaner would take of it. No guarantee, of course. I said I needed time to find a big box. She said she would send a box and a pick-up ticket. When I asked for an estimate, she said there would be no charge. I argued afterwards but she would not accept even the cost of shipping. When does this happen these days? Friendly, responsive, helpful and generous. I am grateful to Fur Source for my beautiful coat and for their kind assistance.

She always knows what will look best on me The prices and customer service are the best I have ever seen I get a ton of compliments on my fur coats and fur hats!!! If your looking for a fur, this is your “PLACE”!! I had such a great experience. My sales women Adrianne was so patient, experienced and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain and help me with buying my fur. They have great prices and a huge selection!!! So many choices.
I had the most amazing experience at the Fur source. My boyfriend wanted to Buy me a fur and we went to the Fur Source. The staff was amazing they couldn’t be more helpful and knowledgeable. They really went the extra mile to make sure that I got what I really wanted and it looks amazing. I have told all my friends this is the only place to buy your furs
This place is a hidden gem! Do yourself a favor and contact them. They are still working although they are temporarily closed in person. Ask for Joe!
Great spot for furs, high-end fur gloves and more. A great establishment that is also generous and has donated to Chinese Auctions to help various charities. The salespeople are great - they are well staffed if you want to drop in and you can also make an appointment.
My Father took me to the Fur Source of NY to buy a fur coat. I was a little nervous as I have never had one before but it was a graduation present from my Father. The experience I had there was amazing they spent a very long time with me helping me chose the right coat they made me feel as if i was there most important customer and found me a coat the was perfect for me and within my price range. I never felt as if the were pushing me to a more expensive coat instead the only choose coats that most flattered me,.
OMG, what an amazing salon!!! I’ve never been disappointed wen I go to this establishment. Your always greeted with gorgeous men to lead you into the store, and then greeted by there warm staff members. The people there are so knowledgeable and caring about your wants and needs. I’m a repeated client that’s never been disappointed. I constantly get compliments on every garment that I bought from them.
