I don't know how they get people to lie but Voa is horrible over the past few years there have been 6 different directors here the staff is horrible rooms have been broken in by staff there are many violations but Voa try to cover up things DHS is not aware of the problems but they will only one elevator works this for the past 6 months as a veteran who served this country the treatment of vetrens by Voa shameful and will stop

The people were gracious happy and felt good volunteering and being able to spend time with them
Need more veteran staff and nurse and a phych doctor.
Personell very professional and courteous.
