Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found this agency. Earlier this year, I needed a visa to Russia. I thought I knew what I was doing, but there were too many ambiguities, too many questions, and very little time. After conducting hours of research about visa agencies, I came across this one and remembered that a family friend had mentioned it some time ago. One phone call later, and Rita was at the rescue. She is exceptional; not only is she professional and intelligent, but she is also approachable, reachable, and remarkably thorough. When I came to the office to pick up my passport and visa, I wanted to hug her! Just weeks later, I referred my grandmother to Rita for her China visa and yet again- a job remarkably, thoroughly, and rapidly done.

Not cheap, but worth it. I did a China visa by myself last time I went, but this time I didn't want the hassle of traveling to the consulate. Ruta made it easy for me. Preprinted FedEx label made it convenient to ship my passport. After that, we did everything by email. I'm happy.
RutaS is awesome. Great customer service, very proactive and always responsive.
