TraxNYC!! I ordered the Spartan pendant, and it is simply amazing! The craftsmanship is exactly what you would expect from such a fine jeweler! My order was delayed due to the snow storm, and customer service gladly checked on my order every time I called in! They were very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and never even got remotely rude with me constantly calling! So I've ordered another piece, and I'll update you on that one too! Trust in Trax!

Hey I’m a recent customer and I had a big mishap over the COVID-19 break as we all did but I had put down a deposit for a pendant before the break and I had only about 25% of the total amount down as a deposit and gold prices went sky high so things were a little different I contacted the the store with my issue and they gave me a managers number and name which is Sammy and he gave me his direct number and he responded within seconds of your texts and we got things resolved and he gave me the opinion to get a full refund or to get another pendent which he recommended and I shared with him which pendant I wanted and he choose a pendant for me that was worth 3 times more than what I actually had down as a down payment and it took literally took 10days from start to deliver in my hands so Trac NYC really cares about the customer and treats you the same as if you spending 100k or 1k they’re the best
I can't say enough good things about Sammy at TraxNYC!!
