I’ve gone there a few times. Staff are super help and knowledgeable. Been there a couple years back and to be honest service and staff were horrible.. but now it’s totally different. Definitely give them 2 thumbs up..

This bicycle shop exudes professionalism. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and waited on my needs patiently as I walked through what was for a me a big and eventful purchase. I was offered a free trial ride, allowed to mount and explore pretty much whatever I pointed at, and anything that I purchased along with the bike was installed for free. Bicycles have become more rare and expensive in this time of COVID, so its incredibly reassuring to have the professionalism match the price, and leave with a new bike knowing they'll have your back with service, adjustment, and satisfaction. Growing up on the Upper West Side, this bike shop, though its motioned through hands and ownership, is a stable of the community and always has been. It's just not the Upper West Side without a meaningful bike shop in this location, and this staff and the Trek company feel like they have honored that legacy.
Despite being expensive, I somehow couldn't go anywhere else to get my Trek bike serviced. I bought a great bike from them 4 years ago and have kept it in good shape. But it was finally time to replace a few things on it (breaks, chain, cassette, etc). Eric was super understanding and professional. I stayed there for about an hour discussing alternatives. But sometimes, just like with Apple products, you have to go with the best.
I absolutely love this place. Great service, friendly staff, great prices and 100% professional team. Got my bike here and always doing service at this place. Bravo!
