Fatima at VPK Enterprises Inc. was so good to me when purchasing an engagement ring for my fiancee. I purchased online too, from Texas, and had to trust that Fatima would steer me to the right stone. Her customer service is bar none and we would frequently converse late at night via email on stones she had found for me to look at. She would take pictures and describe the clarity and fire in each diamond, ultimately finding the most beautiful stone for my fiancee. The ring design was easy too - I just sent her a picture of the setting I liked and she made a carbon copy. I'll be using Fatima and VPK Enterprises Inc. for a very, very long time and I recommend it to anyone looking for personal customer service and quality jewelry. -Mike

I recently worked with Fatima at VPK enterprises to replace my engagement ring after my original ring was lost at the beach. Fatima was so easy to work with and truly sympathetic to my situation.
