We visited the store in NYC to be fitted for a pair of custom gloves. We were told the gloves would ship in 3 weeks. After waiting two months, we received a refund check in the mail with a letter stating that the shop cancelled my order. Prior to receiving the letter, we called twice to check on the status of the gloves and were told two different stories as to why they hadn't even started making the gloves. Very poor customer service.

Apparently the anonymous Google User 2 years ago that left the scathing review was totally wrong about the weed. The smell was coming from the recording studio from another floor and had nothing to do with LaCrasia Gloves!
