My friend and I are from Ecuador and we enjoy this kind of shopping experience when we are in New York. The Manager/Supervisor was very pleasant and offered to us the service as we were the owner of the boutique. Just that you know I am very demanding as a client and expect always the best service. Next time I am in New York will make sure I bring new friends to check those beautiful furs you have. THE SERVICE WAS GIVEN TO US WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. We were pleasantly greeted at the Madison Avenue boutique. My husband brought me there for the second time for a birthday gift. Sales people are lovely, friendly, helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the product line. They assisted in choosing the right style for my petite frame. This time I could not decide between two styles so my husband bought me both. The collection is beautiful. I absolutely love my cashmere coat and parka!
Needed a little bit of sophistication in my wardrobe with upcoming season change and stopped by this beautiful store. Salespeople all friendly (once I let them know I could use a little help) and ended up with a fabulous coat with a little edge that is a day/night look (its not as stuffy as you'd think a store on Madison avenue would be) . Very patient ladies--thank you again. I feel we bonded! I'll use your bathroom whenever I'm on Madison avenue :)
Appalling attitude from their boutique director. I am not sure if insulting their customer is the right approach to making incentive of buying a 10,000 fur coat. Their boutique director starred at me from the moment I walked into the store and made various offensive comments such as if I ever bought a fur coat from them. Perhaps I don't belong to Upper East Side but I surely do not look homeless. One star for one of the saleswomen who obviously was suffering from the scoffing boss. The whole store had the air of a coffin. Why spend so much money to have a slap in the face? The store manager also told me that the leather pants fitted me correctly and that was how they are supposed to be; they were literally falling off from my hips as I walked backed into the change room. Really?! Really.
Just awful. Do not Shop here.
