I went in here today and ordered almost 40 worth of food . The lady that was helping me took forever to get my order ready . I was in here for about 25 min which may not seem alot of time but is since this is basically a buffet type of place . When I got home I noticed I was missing food that I had ordered and seen that she had packed it up when I was at the place . My Bf went back to get the food and she stated that she never had charged us for that food so he said how is that possible if everything was there and you charged me for everything. Either way he was like whatever ill pay for it . Then she goes on to say its 6 and minimum for card is 10. He was like all I have is card ,you should make an exception because you messed up . She didn't want to charge the 6 on the card and then said people make mistakes . Worst place ever . Now she lost customers because she didn't want to fix Her MISTAKE!

I used to go there, but today was last the time. The food had such a bad smell as soon as I opened it. Hopefully I don’t get sick from this food. As soon as I walked into the restaurant this tall lady gave me an attitude cause you order food and she has to do her job. I should of walked out as soon as I walked in. Don’t go here if are hungry cause they gonna let you down. The food looks like is reheated and full of oil like they don’t want to spend money on cooking fresh food they’re trying to save money. By giving you the worst service. The people and the service deserves 0 stars. Really nasty.

Great food honestly, I love coming to them whenever I'm in a rush to get something in my system. Staff is very friendly as well, lovely ladies..I'd like to add that time management needs to be better. They are usually very busy. Overall would recommend this place!

Let me say the food was good BUT the customer service needs mayor improvement. I ordered over the phone and asked how long for delivery the lady said about 1 hour, I said what about for pick she said “oh bout 30-40 minutes, but i already printed the ticket for delivery” I said “and? Just place it for pick up” she spoke with someone there and told them as well it was for pick then said “okay” I also asked what type of soda they had she said “orange and grape” I asked for orange. Then my husband goes to pick it up and they tell him the delivery guy already left, they offered no apology. When the food arrives they gave me grape soda and I called the restaurant and complained, first they lied said they gave me grape because they were out of orange but since my husband actually went in he saw the fridge full of orange soda. Then when I told them what happened all the lady said was “well we are busy and she printed the ticket for delivery but didn’t correct it since it was already printed” I said so I guess I’m not even getting an apology since you guys can’t admit you are wrong, she didn’t have much to say after that. Apologizing and admitting that you are in the wrong is a key in running a business, you don’t even have to offer much after that. Customer service and the quality of the food go hand in hand for me and don’t think I want to deal with them again.
