We drove up from Virginia to buy a chipper from Rick. We had no idea of the size of this operation. These guys are truly a well oiled machine. The young kid that demonstrated the machine for us explained the various machines and the differences. When we hooked the chipper that we had purchased up to our truck, the lights did not work. Another young man, Ricks brother Eric, spend 30 minutes rewiring the brake controller in our truck for us. These guys definitely go above and beyond. We purchased a stump grinder from Rick and his team. They were very helpful in explaining which machine was best for our situation. Their financing partners at Oakmont was able to get us great terms for us being just over a year in business. Highly recommend.
We purchased our Bandit 2090 from A&A sight unseen. It arrived last week, and was delivered right to our 80 acre clearing site. The machine was exactly as promised, and has been a game changer for us.
We hired A&A to restore one of our older wood chippers. Fantastic job. It took a little longer than originally planned but it was well worth the wait.
Machine was delivered as promised. Very happy with A&A. The driver John was also very professional. He walked us through the operation and maintenance required.
This was a great experience. It was our first time dealing with Rick from A&A Enterprises. They were extremely responsive. Helpful. Also accommodating. The folks who picked up and delivered equipment were polite and respectful. When I couldn't get to register my new chipper for a few days, they allowed me the flexibility of keeping our trade in for an extra week. Who does that nowadays? The office staff was very responsive with paperwork. Again, This was a great experience and we would highly recommend A&A Enterprises.
In June of this year I was looking to upgrade to a larger wood chipper. After a little searching I came across A&A. I made a phone call and my call was returned by Rick a few hours later. I talked to Rick about what I was interested in and he promptly sent me all the pictures and video I wanted. We made a deal and he even pointed me in the right direction to get financing. Honestly I was still nervous considering how much money this machine was and that I wasn't able to see it in person. But Rick was able to have it dropped off at my lot within three days. The chipper was even better then he described. I have used it almost every day sense then and I've never had a problem with anything. Just today I had a brand new stump grinder, that I purchased from A&A , dropped off at my lot. And needless to say the service from start to finish was great and so is the stump grinder ! Rick , thanks for the excellent service, and for selling excellent equipment !
