Called before arriving Tuesday at Newnan location and asked what was COVID protocol. Reply was must not have COVID symptoms and must wear mask. Six people enter reception area with masks. About 8:30 New patient arrived in scrubs with no mask. He Registered at desk and sat to wait to be called. When called they led him into back office. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE ASKED HIM TO PUT ON A MASK. Don’t understand why!

I would not recommend this imaging company at all. They are unprofessional and care more about their bottom line than the patient experience! I had an MRI completed at their Newnan, GA location and have been paying my bill consistently. I have been a financially affected by Covid-19 and reached out to Ashley Y. via email ten days ago (6/19/20) to see if I could settle my bill for less money as well as pay them while I had money. No response at all from her, including not acknowledging receipt of my email. I reach out again today, to one of the customer service reps. She was able to get a response from Ashley today. Ashley confirms that the Newnan, GA site manager Anne H. will only give me 10 off my bill if I settle with them via credit card. They only care about their bottom line profits, as a former patient you have been warned:/

I had a couple hiccups but they solved the issue right away when they saw how displeased I was. I have been there a number of times now, and as far as getting procedures done they are about the kindest. I have a hard time with getting and MRI and they have an open one there which was much better for me. If you are claustrophobic like me, please ask for the Open MRI. You have to ask or they will automatically give you the closed. Everyone is very friendly there, just maybe under staffed at the front. They take my insurance which is very hard to find a facility that does and they are affordable if you don't use your insurance. The one thing is that even if you get there early the wait is long. I started going there early because they don't have a grace period there. If you are two minutes late and some is taking long at the front desk they will make you wait and then have someone else take your spot--- so be careful with that. Luckily, because I was not happy about waiting there for two hours they got me in sooner! Also, I gave my disc for a surgeon to review and they lost it and the lady at the desk remembered me and got my disc ready first day! She was super nice!
