I delivered tubing here. The unload times are from 6am to 8am. No overnight parking even though they got a big dirt lot. The loaders are real pushy and in a hurry but slow on unloading. Must have an appointment and they are strict on those times.

Called today for info on steel panels. Girl I spoke with wasn't even the least bit helpful AT ALL. I have lived down the road from them and have called many times in the past for help on products and have purchased from them and have always been pleased until today. I was asking for assistance so I could make an informed decision. She only has 1 recorded response that she cannot suggest anything bc of liability, therefore no info..... I wasn't looking for suggestions, I simply needed info on thickness, etc so I could make my own decision.... I even called back bc I THOT someone may want to know about the lousy service however that was a mistake as well. Won't ever bother them again...
Great Experience! Called them on a Friday afternoon, asked for 2 sheets of 4' x 8' 20G SM and it was in stock. Paid by credit card over the phone, picked it up 20 minutes later. Very nice folks, yes there is a 100.00 minimum but that was not an outrageous expectation. If you are looking for small pieces this may not be the place but it certainly has what you need and you can justify the cost versus a large box store like HD or Lowes.
100 minimum for public purchases. Didn’t tell me over the phone wasted my time and gas coming to pick up 1 piece of steel for 26 and They say 100 minimum. Horrible company. Will never receive any business from me in the future
Office people were nice and friendly, but walking into the warehouse? As a WOMAN? I stood in the door way for 5 minutes before In was acknowledged. And then back at home unloading, I discovered they'd shorted me.
Excellent supplier Have bought steel from them many times now, orders are always accurate, reasonably priced and pick up is quick and easy.
WOW, Finally found a competent friendly and most important..Fast place to buy steel, I send a driver and stake bed and he is back in just over an hour, No more sitting on hold for 20 plus minutes waiting to place an order, No more smug sales people treating us like we are a pain in the ass when they promise delivery and then don’t,
Definitely don't care about the little guy. Unless you are purchasing large quantities don't expect them to pay attention to you. I Didn't know where to go other than Home Depot or lowes to get metal. A friend recommended here. When I walked in no one acknowledged I was there until I stared at a salesman awkwardly. I was then told I had to spend at least 100 and I was 15min to late for customer pickup. All I needed was a 10ft piece I could carry. I could have spent more to get to the minimum 100 I was ok with that. Then the guy told me I could try a place in carrolton.
