After calling about a dozen different attorneys who claim to be elder abuse attorneys, my wife and I hired The Walker Law Firm to handle a tough situation involving financial and emotional elder abuse committed against my elderly mother-in-law. Mr. Walker was the only attorney I called that initially asked all the right questions that none of the other attorneys asked and he determined we definitely had a case. Throughout the process, Stephen Lewis and Joe Walker guided us through the challenges of court delays and various curve balls to bring us to a successful conclusion that included the court finding 100% in our favor and the guilty defendants paying back 100% of the money taken from my mother-in-law, as well as all of the expenses we incurred to fight this battle over a 20 month period.
