Clean, well run, and welcoming Yoga studio. I attended their 6 AM hot yoga class and really enjoyed it. The instructor offered good guidance throughout class. The studio was kept relatively dim throughout class, which I prefer to get in the zone, and there was colorful ambient lighting illuminating some of the edges of the room. The cool washcloth given at the end of class was a really nice experience. They have a special water filter that has different levels of Ph water. I will be back.

The facility itself is wonderful. Well done for sure. The instructor, Ariana, was very sweet and introduced herself to me before class. The class itself was not great. It was about 108 which can be fine, but four different students left at some point for a break, and for most of the class, almost half were on a break with a small few pushing through. I couldn't hear her instruction most of the time and had to look around, but so many people were doing their own thing that I couldn't tell that way, either. The flow was really disjointed. I feel like the room just wasn't being read :(
This studio is gorgeous!! I can't say enough good things about the instructors, the classes, and the location. You feel right at home. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a studio. It has everything from beautiful showers, stellar music, to expansive high ceilings and perfectly heated temperatures. I love the name because it is so fitting. Good Vibes all around. Love this place!!!!!
I went here my aunt this weekend and I have never done hot yoga before, let me tell you, it was amazing. I had more support from the staff than ever expected and I would recommend anyone interested in a life changing experience to give Vibes a shot. Great business and great people.
I love the VIBES here. I call this studio my home away from home. Everyone is so friendly and the studio is amazing. Only studio in California that offers infrared heat with Himalayan salt infused in there rooms. They also offer a variety of different clssses from Pilates, barre, Yoga sculpt and non heated classes as well.
Heat is absolutely Amazing! My skin actually felt softer and glowing due to there enormous Himalayan salt wall with Infrared Heat️
Recently visited VHY in Huntington Beach while in Ca for business. Fabulous experience. Wonderfully kind people, great experience. I’m returning often.
I'm new to hot yoga after having practiced on my own in the past year. It's definitely tough, but the instructor's at Vibes do a great job leading you through the flows and helping you with your form, but also allow you to take that water break after you've pushed yourself.
