Judge Robert E. Bensten and Judge Angela Edwards Roberts are criminals that I am going to bring to justice. The staff is absolutely not talented and apart of the fraud. Got the bad actors in our legislative branch. People do not follow any order that comes this unlawful unconstitutional place they have no power and void orders come from these criminals.

I am an attorney practicing in northern Virginia and I had a case transferred here without my client's knowledge. The staff was extremely helpful and assisted me in getting my case set. As I read the reviews, I wonder if people who don't have an attorney realize that the clerk and staff cannot give legal advice...? Get a lawyer or figure it out, they cannot tell you how and what to do. Particular kudos to Ms. Knight--very helpful, professional and friendly. Thank you Newport News!

Dont bother calling these people!! Absolutely horrible!!! I asked if I can close a case, they say that is giving me legal advice, really?! I am trying to transfer a case from VA to FL. I talked to FL courts they tell me what I need to do. I talk to VA and they tell me that FL does not know what they are talking about. Newport News does not transfer out of state. Seriously this is my case how tf am I supposed to get my case to where my children and I live?? Yall are so dang difficult!!!
