To be honest I was not exactly happy to learn that the person I scheduled my appointment with was not there that day and I was not called to be informed of it. To my surprise though, Rich and his team were great! He was very thorough and answered all my questions without treating me like I was an uneducated woman - which has happened to me more times than I care to remember. I’d be happy to work with him and his team in the future. Thanks Rich!

The sales dept worked diligently to accommodate my purchase. The check engine light coming on days after my purchase caused some anxiety. The service dept started off sketchy, but they got it together. Overall I'm pleased with Suttle motors

Ronda is a rock star. She epitomizes customer service and professionalism. I appreciate her for fitting my Enclave into the Gold Team schedule before she left for her daughter's wedding in Jamaica. She also filled out all the paperwork for my AC Delco rebate forms for the wiper blades and air filters. The Suttle Shuttle is an invaluable addition to your service department offerings. It makes getting my Enclave serviced extremely easy. I'm confident that your service technicians are thorough in the finalization of their job scopes. I recently had another facility service my Honda Civic. They did not secure the oil drain plug correctly. Luckily, I caught it before a catastrophe occurred. The only issue I did have with the Suttle service was my Enclave still had several places that were dirty after the car wash (around the door handles and one huge place on the passenger front door). My AC was left on 60 when I always have it set to 72. The wiper on the back glass was not replaced when that was actually the one in the worst condition of the three on the vehicle.

Horrible Attention to Detail I have had to take my car back three(3) times. And it still needs work!!! The first time I took my car here it took a week to get back. They missed the entire side mirror and rim. Second time the fixed the side mirror and ordered the incorrect rim. Third time the replaced the rim and needed to adjust the hood were the side panels didn't alien correctly. They did not put the tire on correctly and are not open on the weekend... I ended up having to take my somewhere else to have correct the tire so it was safe to drive on. You can clearly see in the pictures my side mirror is still all scuffed up on the bottom, the side door has a chunk taken out that they just painted over and there is a divot in the door. I have also had to rely on my own transportation as they have not provided a ride due to poor communication - I explained when I needed to leave work and they showed up an hour early, they said they would bring the car to me and instead the shuttle came.
