Having just redone our entire house and done a lot of outdoor work as well, I've met with no fewer than 30 different contractors in the last few years. Most were less than stellar to put it mildly, but Adrian was easily the most professional, genuine and knowledgable I met with. He was understanding, thorough, kind and honestly a joy to work with. I had absolute trust in everything he suggested and all the work he performed. He made some suggestions along the way that I would never have though of on my own and the work was performed exactly as discussed. He suggested cabling our tree that has two trunks in order to give it more support and minimize the chances of it ever falling. I didn't even know that was an option so I feel much more at ease now knowing our yard is safe for my daughter and our dog. He and his employees left our yard and driveway cleaner than they were before the work began. After the first day of work, you honestly wouldn't have been able to tell trees had been cut down or branches had been ground up, the job site was that clean. He even suggested a tree swing for our daughter as she grows older and installed the roping to make it happen. The branches on our trees are 20-30 feet up so there would have been no way for me to do it on my own, so I appreciated that immensely. I will be saving his number for any future work. I expected his quote to be higher than other companies because they don't use heavy equipment (which can damage your property/driveway) but it was actually less than other tree companies I met with. I can't recommend Adrian and an Artist's touch highly enough!

What a pleasure to find An Artist's Touch for our tree work! We needed one diseased spruce removed, five tall oaks overhanging our roof pruned, and one lightening-struck dogwood salvaged. Adrian and his crew did just what was promised, on schedule, and left our property cleaner than they found it. The price was fair and reasonable . . . especially when compared with some of the outlandish bids we received for the same job! As a former employer, I know that workers reflect the management. And when I mentioned to Adrian that his team seemed to love their job, he told me he hires people who are \smart and nice. Everything else I can teach them.\ If you're in need of tree work, An Artist's Touch comes highly recommended.
Very professional and friendly service. Adrian was knowledgeable about our hardwoods and what needed to be done. Very prompt returning my calls/emails and was communicative when, due to weather, they could not get to our work as soon as they hoped. Pricing was comparable with at least one other company. The on-site team was also friendly and professional, they did a good job and were careful of our property and our neighbors. We had some trees removed, one cleaned up, and several bushes trimmed back. They were careful to clear the dead stuff and just enough of everything else. It came out just the way I had in mind. They cleaned everything up very well. Definitely can recommend An Artist's Touch for tree & shrub work.
Did great work on our trees to lighten and strengthen them. Worked quickly but hard and truly with an artist’s touch! Mostly no power tools (only for the bigger stuff) Knew their safety and practiced it. A pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend.
We are new home owners and Adrian was truly a god-send. We have no idea what we are doing and he answered all our questions and really helped guide us in the right direction. He was quickly able to get to work on trimming trees back for us. His crew was super respectful and left no mess! It is like the branches just disappeared off the trees!
