On Deck training has been invaluable for the development of my daughters softball skills ( 11 Years old). She has been one of the leading hitters on her softball teams and its a credit to John Cowell who is exceptional. Also She does PT with Taylor. His patience and skills are unequaled. Summary, if you have a daughter or son needing development, then this facility has all of the tools to improve their skills either at a rec, or high end tournament player...
