We got their services from Mr. Bruce Minnozzi. He was very kind at the beginning. We found new services somewhere else and cancelled their services on Thursday, July 6th, 2017. At the time, he messaged us that we only owe'd him 70 for 2 yard cleanings that they had done. We received an invoice for them on July 20th, 2017 for 140. Upon looking back at our messages, I asked them on July 25th, 2017 why the price went from 70 to 140. They changed their story and said that they came out a 3rd time to clean our yard. I screen shot our messages and spoke to the owner Mr. Minnozzi directly about the charges and what he said in a previous message. Instead of remaining calm and professional he told me, "If you don't want to pay this f**king bill, then you can go f**k yourself. Send the 70 and don't ever f**king call me again." After this altercation, he messaged me again through text and asked me to please send him the 70 dollars. At this point, I replied explaining that it was a shame that he could not remain calm and talk to me normally. I have attached some pictures of the conversation in case anyone needs the reference.
