Denim fabric is ok but they sent the wrong fabric that did not match the sample. I called and spoke wit an employee and she said she would get back to me to resolve issue but she never did. I even contacted the owner complementing the employee for trying to resolve the issue but I take that back. Neither the owner Marc or the employee get back to me after buying 10 yards for my clothing business. It's been week. I am also still waiting own a second set of sample I have yet to receive but at this point they lost me as a customer.

My favorite fabric mail order supplier. Best part is ordering up to 10 swatches for only 3 total for all swatches. Highly recommend doing this so you can see and feel the fabrics. The one time I did order without having a swatch the fabric was not what I was expecting. I contacted them and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Great customer service. I made this French terry and jersey knit outfit for my granddaughter using fabrics I ordered. Wonderful weight and quality fabrics. Do order swatches! Plus it’s just so fun when the swatches arrive, dreaming up what you want to sew with them. Yardage cuts are always generous and never skimpy like at my local fabric store.

I have order a million times from Nick of Time over a 5 year span. Never had an issue until 1 of my orders was misdelivered by FEDEX. I contacted fedex and was told to contact sender so that a case can be opened, so that I can be refunded. Its been since July, and its been a nightmare. I have been told over 10 times that someone would call me back and no one ever does. Really disappointed in the customer service given to a customer that have been with you all for years. I feel like I have shown WAY MORE THAN USUAL PATIENCE here. 3 MONTHS!
Ok so I’m a stickler for reading reviews for some reason I never thought to read the reviews here before I ordered, with that being said I ordered than read the reviews and I was on EDGE to say the least from the amount of terrible reviews I really wanted to go cancel my order because I was afraid something bad was going to happen. Well I’m here to say I’m really glad that I didn’t, I ordered multiple cuts of fabric on a Thursday and received my order the following Tuesday! They did not however ever send me confirmation of a tracking number so I was pleasantly surprised to see if had arrived that following Tuesday afternoon. But regardless I’m extremely happy with my order. One of the cuts of fabric I received did have a stain on it but I’ll attempt to wash it out. Other than that I really couldn’t be happier. Also I do only live one state over so I’m sure that may have been a factor with how fast I received my order.
