Nicole helped my husband and I buy our first house. We didn't know ANYTHING about buying a home. She basically held our hand along the entire process without ever making us feel silly for not knowing something or for asking lots of questions. We ended up finding a house we were in love with that was in our ideal neighborhood, the only problem was, it was almost 200k out of our price range. Nicole went back and fourth many times with the owner and somehow convinced her to decrease the price by 170k!!!! Even the listing agent was surprised because he never thought the owner would budge on price. Nicole has a way of negotiating that is kind and friendly and make the person on the other side WANT to help and come to an agreement. She also has a way of talking you off the edge when things get stressful and reminding you what the end goal is and why you are doing it all. Real estate is more than just a job for her. She clearly loves to help match people with their perfect home and makes the process go as smoothly as possible. I recommend Nicole to my friends, family and patients often and would be thrilled to work with her again.
