Service department here is amazing. Robert is very interested in talking care of your car. Had a couple Warranty issues that he made sure got handled free of charge for me and also makes sure my car is nice and clean when picking it up.

As much as I would have loved to bought a Maserati, I ended up with a Chevy Volt which was as clean as any of their Maserati's on the lot. What's more, Nicole and her staff Jake and Ben that I worked with made the experience as smooth and effortless as possible with the same level of service as if I were buying one of their 100K Maserati's. Maybe one day, but for now, when I am in the market again for a previously owned vehicle, Niello Maserati is where I am looking to first. Excellent customer service goes a long way and it is obvious Nicole, Jake and Ben go that extra mile. Thanks for making the process easy! I HIGHLY recommend Niello Maserati!!!

Overall service from the greeting over the phone to skilled technicians and customer friendly management was excellent. Kristen, the service advisor was extremely professional and accommodating. Ray, the shop foreman was excellent in diagnosing the problem and took time to explain his findings to me before starting to work on the car. Robert, the service manager was extremely helpful and understanding in dealing with an issue related to warranty. I bought my car from Steven Creek Maserati, but have had my services done in Sacramento for the last 3 years. I will be staying with them. Mohsen.
