“Nobody beats our prices” straight from the website. This is laughable. Last June we were prepared to purchase a trailer from Nielsen’s and put a deposit down. After a few days we got a call back from another dealer much closer and they offered us the exact same trailer just a different VIN same options everything for 5,000 less. We asked Nielsen’s to see if they could match it. We were told not only would they not match it but if we took the other trailer we forfeit our “refundable” deposit. We still saved 4500 and a 5 hour drive. One day they will rip off the wrong person and get totally waxed over it. Until then, save yourself the pain. Debbie will tell you that deposit just saves your spot, totally refundable, no problems, then if you decide to pull the plug or find a better deal all you get is radio silence and “we won’t be able to help you with that refund.” Looking back I should have called my credit card company and flagged the charge for fraud. I asked for their rules on the deposit in writing and never received anything. Good luck if you plan on buying from them I hope you did your homework FIRST.

We absolutely love our new 5th wheel and loved our saleswoman....we had to do the transaction by phone as we live in Nevada and I thought this is not going to work for me..I was wrong...you made this process so smooth,safe and comfortable it still feels unbelievable..we drove down and picked our 41 ft beauty up and just love her .. We are learning to figure some issues out and you are right there working (again by phone)with us...you haven't left out side in this and we will do business with you again.. We are great at networking and we will be sending all who need new or used recreational vehicles your way...

Warranty Forever is pretty worthless if you can't get work done for a month or two. I will have to wait a month just for diagnosis and then another 3 to 4 weeks to get the warranty to cover anything. So much for using my RV. Might as well put that yearly inspection fee into a savings account to pay for any repair needs and do it yourself.

Drove 1100 miles from north eastern Washington to buy this motorhome that was advertised as a Lazy Daze 26 m (26 foot) everything works as it should. Asked tons of questions to verify the condition. It was a bit dirty but we really wanted a 26' lazy daze. So we decided it was really roomy for a 26 footer so we bought it. We left the dealership to head for our first stop ,motor home started running poorly. Boom service engine light came on. Some how we made it back home turns out the fuel pump is bad ,also the motor home is a actually a 31 footer after I put a measure tape to it, which kind off defeated the whole trip because we already had a 31 foot Itasca at home, my bad for not putting a tape to it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!Done With my rant.

I purchased a travel trailer in Utah thinking the drive from Northern California would be worth the savings. When I arrived in St. George, Utah, Nielson started to prep and clean my trailer while we filled out the paperwork. During the cleaning they tore the vinyl floor and said they would ensure it would be replaced by someone in Northern California. Once I arrived back home I started communicating with the salesperson, Debbi, to get my floor replaced. She said she would have someone help me several times but was never contacted again by her or anyone else. After a couple months of being strung along I asked for the manager’s name. Her text response was one word “Ashley.” I gave up on her so I repaired the floor myself. If you don’t care about customer service then buy from Nielson RV. The friend that accompanied me on the trip was going back in the spring to buy from Nielson. He has changed his mind because of the poor customer service I received. Roseville, CA

Absolutely wonderful and professional people work there! Customer service is obviously job ONE. Everyone snapped to when we came in and was eager to help us. Even though Chris Hill, service writer, was overwhelmed because of a shortage of the other service writer (who quit) he dropped everything to ensure that we were kept up-to-date with the progress on our extensive repairs to our Grand Design Momentum 5th wheel trailer. (Due to a rouge tree jumping out and tearing off half of our trailer, including some of the roof, our repairs were extensive. Both right side awnings were ripped out of the side and there was body damage to boot). Chris was harried, yet he made every effort to assist us during the month long repair process and the whole Nielson Team made their estimated completion date! EVERYONE dropped what they were doing to make sure that we were taken care of completely in their schedule and ours. From the parts department, the gal behind the register, the service supervisor and Junior, the shop manager, in short everyone felt it was their job to help us which made them all part of our RV Family. What a positive experience! All repairs were completed in a timely manner and perfectly done! We would not think twice about returning to NIELSEN for anything RV related. Just learned a friend of mine paid 300.00 for Nielson to pack the four axels on his travel trailer last year. He had another RV shop to the work this year and was told that Nielson didn’t pack the bearings they had just greased the zerk fitting and charged him for a full bearing pack!! That is fraud and against the law! I have to question the integrity of the service manager!!! Nothing gets past him . Right! I will never let him touch my rig!!! Please stay away from this service shop!!

Very nice dealership nice vehicles they also have a dump station with hoses air air air hose no charge very friendly I would recommend them to anybody great prices love these guys
