I came into the shop and placed a pretty complex order to a front desk. It was a bit much to quote out on the spot so they gave me a call a bit later with a quote which I gave the the go ahead on right then and there. Henry is a super friendly guy! I went in for just a piece of glass for my cabinet door and he recommended a different types. His service was fast and well-priced.
I hired Jamestownglass Inc. to do my shower 12 years ago in my condo in Chicago downtown and it still looks and works great. I greatly appreciate your excellent job. I came to replace the plastic bottom seals from my shower and Mr. Henry was so kind to give me them for free. Thank you.
Just because I can't give 0 stars. Went to this \cash only\ business to get 2 kitchen cabinets glass cut. Have been charged ridiculous price and later find out that the glass he cut is too thin to be installed....
Really neat stuff to see and worth the stop. The Jamestown Glass team's work is very talented and it is well done.
