Went in yesterday to make sure my ring ordered online was correct size, and also bought my wife a new wedding band. The Store Manager (think it was Stacie) was rude and made another associate \come stand over here and watch this jewelry I have a customer complaint\ right in front of us. When buying my wife's band I asked for additional money off and was told she cannot discount rings for less than they already offered. Later that night only to find the ring cheaper online on zales.com. Sales staff stands around and stares at you like you're going to steal something, no sense of private negotiations at all.

Was given a special sale price on a ring. Signed up for the in store credit card. Ordered the ring in my wife's size. Was told we'd get the price when the ring came in and could pay then for the balance after putting down 10%. After waiting 12 weeks, we're told to come and get it. No mention of anything wrong. Went to get it, and they claim since I didn't pay in full at the time of sale, we couldn't get the sale price. They couldn't refund my other credit card the deposit since I didn't have it with me. On hold with customer service now for 10 minutes and counting. Can I give zero stars? Now my wife is upset and doesn't want to wear a ring that caused such grief. Grrr. Terrible service. Terrible experience. Especially after the wait. Especially after being told to pay later for the whole thing even though we could've paid the original day we placed the order. Now my credit has a ding from opening the new line of credit, and my wife didn't get the beautiful ring she was promised at a great price.

if there was a zero It would be my rating Horrible liars. Waited 12 weeks for a ring at a promised price, it was on sale we opened credit line. It needed sized was sent away for that 12 weeks before we left store we deposited money and I specifically asked do we need to pay now , she said no wait till it comes in I then asked would we get sale price at that time, she assured me we would and left note on account 12 WEEKS LATER we go in to pick up we can not honor sale price, the cc deposit was not refunded because card not in hand at time customer service call uneffective now have to go back AGAIN blamed it on covid...so covi -d makes sales staff lie?
