Unfortunately, not very ethical. They promised to fix my chainsaw and that they would provide an estimate, however, they did neither. They charged me 42 just for looking at my chainsaw without following through. I expected better service and most importantly honesty. Highly disappointed.

This is the best hardware store in the world. Everyone there is so experienced and helpful. Prices are amazing. This place is way more than a hardware store. The small engine department is phenomenal. Those guys can fix anything. Pro tip... If you have any serious questions the people at the farm desk in the back are next level.

Went to their home store for pellet stove purchase. before I left I had a confirmed time and date of when it representative would be at my house and a date for install. When the crew showed up at my house they were nothing short of professional they placed blankets and other protective materials at my house to make sure no dirt dust or any other contamination happened at my house. they were very quick professional answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable in the pellet stove that we bought and I gained tons of information from them. The cleanup was nothing short of impeccable they picked up everything and took it away with no mess fuss. Definitely a 10 out of 10. I will continue to use nixa hardware for all of my home heating needs.
