So far I've just spoken with both Ann, and Randy. With Ann, I placed my order, and arranged a plan for purchase. She was so helpful, and kind! I have ordered beautiful, baby, Tristan for a gift for my daughter in law. A couple days later I found out that the purchase date was not going to work out because my son who is in the service was leaving before the baby would be finished. I called them back, and spoke with Randy. He said all the spots for an earlier date were filled, but he would put me on the accelerated list and see if anyone backed out..he would fit me in. My daughter in law is leaving to go back to base with my son, and won't be here at the original date ordered so I kind of feel a little better that the baby will be possibly able to be made , and delivered to me for gift giving before they leave....wasn't too reassured this can happen because I hung up not really being given an answer, but I understood there are many others waiting for their babies too! I just hope it works out because who knows when I will be able to see them again! These owners are so nice, friendly, and honest....I can't express it. Will be doing more business with them in the future. The babies are amazing on their web site....can't wait to get him, and see for myself in person!

I WANT ONE BUT THERE SO EXPENSIVE .
I was so happy with my experience with the Doll Connection Store that I just had to write this review. From the very first call with Ann, I knew I as dealing with a very nice, experienced, honest person. Talking with Ann is like talking with someone I have known for 20 years, it is just that easy. Ann guided my doll purchase seamlessly. She was so helpful and made the process fun! Her layaway plan fit my budget to a tee! And Randy was so helpful doing my layaway payments automatically every month. If I ever had any question, they were always there to answer it. When my doll came in they notified my and made sure I would be at home when the doll was delivered. Upon opening my box, oh my gosh, it was prepared with instructions, thank you card, and packaged so neatly. I will tell you, after dealing with lots and lots of other doll shops over my 20 years of collecting, my only regret is not dealing with the Doll Connection Store sooner. Now they are my only go to doll shop. Thanks Ann and Randy for a wonderful experience.

If I could put a 0 for a review I would. I was given an attitude for asking about price ranges because not everybody can afford thousand upon thousands of dollar dolls. They told me I should go to "walmart" just because I asked politely If they had any that were at least in the hundred range (200-800) but apparently that was too much to ask for so no worries guys I'm on my way to walmart! :) If you want customers you might want to treat them different because apparently my call didn't matter that much, but maybe this review will matter to others.
Got to say I love this place ! Amazing artist , friendly service & Ann is just sweet . definitely looking forward to ordering more babies in the future . beautiful babies for a reasonable price . #TeamDollConnection ! xoxo .
