The tiered ticket option is a great way to focus on and only pay for the attractions you know your family will use/enjoy. Many different areas for all levels of athleticism and play. Would also be a great party location. Our kids (7 & 9) thoroughly enjoyed and we will come back.

Fun experience. Our kiddos had a blast running off their over abundance of energy. Most parents there seemed about as anxious, if not more than I was. The facility was clean, and they continued to disinfect with what looked like industrial sized lawn sprayers... I laughed at that. Pretty ingenious. My only complaint... Around the World by ATC (2000) was stuck on an endless loop the entire 2 hours we were there. I'm not sure if the music was broken or if that's to keep the children at bay.
Our first time. Check in was easy and the staff very helpful. Not crowded at all. Most people still had masks on, and cleaning was being done regularly. I was hesitant to bring the kids but felt safe once inside.
We had a surprise birthday party for our 9 year old son with a bunch of his buddies and had an excellent experience. Debbie was wonderful to plan with and our host, Ethan, was very attentive and accommodating to our group. The kids had a blast. The only drawback was it seemed crowded even with preregistration required to limit capacity. We will definitely be back to have more fun.
Very disappointed with this place. The website for purchasing tickets wouldn’t work. When we called they said that we would have to make reservations online. We tried and tried again and it still didn’t work. We checked other sites to make sure it wasn’t an internet issue. When we called back another worker said it would be no problem to reserve online (after trying to figure it out on our own for about 30 minutes). When we arrived it took so long to check in while there were a ton of employees standing around. After checking in, the lines were so long and so many people didn’t have masks on which made us uncomfortable. Indiana had just changed their ruling on masks which we were not aware of. We were in the play area for about 10 minutes before deciding that we wanted to leave. The manager told me there was nothing she could do and would not give us refund. I would have expected something given the situation and the limited time we were there. Even with those factors taken away this is not a place I would recommend as the place in reality is very different from what is advertised and for the amount people in the time frame to use the different activities you will spend most of your time in line.
Kids had a great time! This place is huge! Tons of different activities to do! If you go all out there is so much more to do! Trampolines, dodgeball, wall climbing, ninja warrior courses, bumper cars, virtual reality games, a high ropes course, and a giant playland!
It’s a great place overall. Great staff, attractions, and a surprisingly good cafe. It’s a very clean and safe facility. Also a great place to work(besides the pay). Overall it’s a great place to go and have your kids spend time at.
First time visiting and loving it! The staff is amazing and the facility is very clean! We only did the deluxe package this time but will definitely upgrade for our next adventure at Urban Air!
