Decent place to get a car if you manage to get a good salesperson. Pretty messed up that they hire young kids to try and sell cars for the summer then turn around and lay them off.

Took my car in for an oil change. About 20 minutes into waiting the service guy asks if he can talk to me outside. He proceeds to tell me that they ran my car into the building. Thankfully they fixed it and gave me a rental. They quoted me that my car would be done in a week. 1 week turned into 3 weeks. When we picked up the car, the bumper was sticking out so we had to wait another couple of hours for them to fix it. They paid for the repairs however, didn’t offer us anything else for the inconvenience. Spoke with the service manager, general manager, and the president of Laird Noller and no one cared to make things right with us. In their mind they did us a favor. They did NOT do us a favor, they inconvenienced me and damaged my car! I will say the Service manager ended up making things right with us and for that I thank him!

Our girls are ecstatic and cant wait to watch their first movie on our first trip to see my parents. Chris James is a great salesman. He had a lot going on yesterday, sorry I peaked at the board. Yet he was patient and kind and got us set up in our new vehicle. Looking for a car you cannot find a better salesman then Chris. Trust me my husband and I do a lot of window shopping before we make a purchase! The rest of the team were friendly also.

We had left KC Mo for Abilene, KS.... when our Air Conditioning on the Sante Fe wasn't working....the shop manager fixed the problem promptly & we were on our way with 30 min! .....no charge! We were so appreciative!
