Last Oct/Nov they sent supplies to my old address (updated insurance and address on their automated system on the phone but it didn't take) and the MANAGER said she would remove the charges off the bill since I never received them. Placed a order in Jan when I actually called them to change address and insurance and spoke to a person. Did not even receive order and it was not even placed! Placed an order in June received it in July just fine but to my surprise my bill said I owed 307! Did not take charges off for the previous fall. I would suggest to anyone looking for cpap supplies to look and purchase elsewhere, i can buy cheaper without insurance than what they charge with insurance, very inconsistent, phone rings and rings and rings. Wait on phone for 20-30 min before someone answers. UPDATE: PLEASE RETURN CALLS AS YOU HAD SAID YOU WOULD DO! Since I cannot seem to get anyone on the phone when I call, they are either too busy with inventory or nobody picks up the phone after 20-30 minutes and I do not have the time to sit on the phone for hours. I was told Deanna would call back (which I have not received a call and it has been over a week). Please call me and not a robot call...

Well? Once you finally get in they are very nice & helpful. My problem is the company “lost” both by CPAP prescription (of course they blame the physician’s office).. They “lost” my daughter’s a year ago and my prescription recently picked up my a currier is nowhere to be found. It’s okay an average of 39 breathing lapses in an hour and O2 level as low as 81% just isn’t a big deal???

Every time I call this place, I get a different answer on why I haven’t received my equipment. They always blame someone else but are unwilling to put me in contact with the person that they blame for the delay. I’m very disappointed in their lack of empathy for someone in pain. I would not recommend them.

Love them!!!! Amazing caring staff, individualized service, never rude never rush you. They make you feel like you really matter. Their kindness and sincerity make you feel all warm and fuzzy. Highly recommend these folks. You just dont get old fashioned service like that anymore. Thank you Norco medical!

Can't thank you enough - late delivery on a Friday night. Mike took time to explain everything and walk me through new items. I know the office and drivers are extremely busy right now - but I didn't feel rushed or hurried. Thank you for helping me get my Dad set up with no stress.
