I Used to be so happy walking into this pharmacy. When I would walk in everybody knew my name they were so sweet and kind, always had a genuine smile they made me feel they were happy to see me. The Owner Ms. Gerri I absolutely love. She’s so nice and kind. The pharmacist was super nice and so were the assistants. Lately as I come in there are new assistants working here and they seem so cold and unfriendly they’re not like the other people that used to work here. When I would walk in they would smile, they would say hello Mrs. Palmer how are you doing!! They knew my name. That meant a lot. Ms. Gerri is the only one that speaks to me now if she’s not too busy. It used to feel like a Small town little pharmacy where everybody knew everybody and now it is starting to feel like more of a commercial pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens. This really saddens me. I really like the older gentleman pharmacist that works here though. He seems like a very kind and caring person. Hopefully he will stay.

I have been coming to Norcross pharmacy for 15 years. Mr. Lopez and all the ladies are very good and friendly to me. It's nice when you come in they know you by name. I live in Buford now and drive out of my way just for that very reason. I recommend Norcross pharmacy to everyone. Thank you. God bless.
