The people coming to do our service have been very friendly as well as thorough. They do a great job explaining their work and answering any questions. They are also timely and call ahead of time to let you know they are coming. Alex came and did the initial inspection and drew up detailed plans for the exclusion. I felt comfortable hiring NorthWest for the job because of that. Alfredo and his team were great at installing the exclusion and couldn't have been nicer. Alex and Chris have continued with regular follow up and have gone above and beyond. Office staff are great too. I am beyond thrilled with this company and the work they have done.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called to cancel my service because I am moving. I have been a loyal customer to them for the extent of my time in this home. I have subscribed to their monthly service for 109 for the Green Elite Service that was automatically charged to my credit card each month. When I called to cancel, they charged my card 193 and then three days later charged me another 109 for my monthly service that I had canceled. When I called the man said I should not have been charged either and he would email the accounts department to have me refunded. Now I have called to check on the refund and they said that they were charging what was due for the remainder of the year through March of next year (this is July) I am not going to own the house past this month and I do not want to pay for the new homeowners services all the way through March of the next year! I want a refund for what you charged me and the new homeowner will take care of their own pest control and termite bond. Absolutely appalled.
