Canceled the day of move. Came late the next day. Not careful with belongings . Damaged furniture. Didn't put in room's. Didnt set up beds. Broken glass items that can not be replaced. I have a lot of antiques that were damaged. Missing items. Johnathan took one of the trucks to the offices with 1 of the guys while the other 2 followed my husband. I tryed getting in touch with him to talk about all this. He said he didn't work there anymore and has moved. I trying . I tried calling the office and the phone just kept ringing. This company is a rip off.

The WORST NIGHTMARE IMAGINABLE! I would rate ZERO STARS but not possible. Everything related with this company is worst than bad. First of all they sent a \specialist\ to check what you need to move and gets you an estimate, which will not correspond with the reality. On the day of the move they will simply state that you need extra space and will kill you with the \extra\ fees and charges. Then they will promise that they will deliver fast, in my case the took 30 days to deliver from MIami Area to Georgia Area, when they verbally promised to deliver in a week, forcing our family to sleep in hotels. Then to end some of our stuff and arrived broken and mistreated. They also sent only two (2) people who arrived at a Sunday at 6:30 PM and left without finishing their job. WE filed a claim and they are still studying it after 5 months with no reply yet. Do yourself a favor and just do not ever consider this JUNK MOVING COMPANY! I will post pictures later...
This moving company should get negative stars or at least no star. Recently a friend moved from Atlanta to Reno and used this moving company. My friend's stuff has yet to be delivered so he called the listed phone numbers for the movers with no luck. The phone numbers are either not working, disconnected, or ring with no response. So he asked me to go by the office today, and I did. It appears the office is closed with no sign of employees or activity. A Google search shows an active website for the company and no mention of closing, going out of business, etc. So now my friend has paid for the move, has none of his stuff, and this company is not answering calls.
Worse moving company we’ve ever dealt with. Do NOT use them. Showed up late, missed all commitments, did not finish the move in one day as contracted and then held our furniture hostage unless we paid the FULL amount for the job which was not even half completed. One of the crew members went ballistic for no reason at all, used very crude language calling both my husband and me names, almost had to call the police because of his violent behavior. No one bothered to call and tell us the second day that the crew that was scheduled to arrive by 8:30 to finish the job would not be there until late afternoon. We found out only after calling the office at 9:30 questioning why no crew on site yet. This caused major downstream issues with our schedule and the schedule of our buyers. We ended up calling in another company to finish our move; paid a premium to get them out on such short notice but at least they were able to get us out of the house on time, a contractual obligation which US1 Van Lines did not meet. We are now dealing with corporate over their breach of contract and trying to recover some compensation for them not meeting the contractual obligation. Despite the horrible experience, we would like to commend Steven, he worked hard doing the best he could under such terrible circumstances.
This was the best moving experience ever !!!! I got a quote with Carmen and ending up paying only a little more than what was quoted ( just know drive time is more of a truck rental fee, you have the pay for drive time ). Since I knew that going in there was no issue. The team we got was the absolute best ! The crew boss was named John, he was great. Louis was the best mover who has ever lived, and I told him he was amazing ! He knew how to disaseble and reassemble everything so fast ! Dixon was good. They didn’t mess around and didn’t run out the clock, if anyone needs a mover I would recommend this team specifically!!!!!
