I've been here 3 times, twice to purchase hose, and once because I was concerned I had cut into one of the new ones, or that it was faulty. The third time I went in right when they opened. They were just as friendly and pleasant as the days I had made a purchase. Tested my hose without any attitude or second thoughts, invited me into the shop to see what the test had shown, and despite my concerns, the hose was intact at a pressure over three times what it is rated. It was holding steady at just a hair under 10,000 PSI. I will never go elsewhere for quality, price, and service.
