Went 9 months ago after having sudden hearing loss. Doctors looked at my ear and told me it was allergies and my ear looked perfectly normal. Let me go without any treatment and gave me allergy medication. Now my hearing is permanently worse in one ear

Worst experience ever... more than once. Totally disrespectful staff and Non -understanding physicians. It’s purely commercial and unprofessional. “One Star” is way too much. I suggest a “zero star” option for such places.. although I doubt there is any.

some of the rudest staff I’ve ever experienced. Been here multiple times for the SAME issue, yet continue to jump through hoops and get passed from PA to Doctor. Front end stuff was rude, PA was rude, doctor was not only rude but unhelpful. I work in healthcare and I know how bedside manner is meant to be - none of that here.
