Went Above and Beyond! I was in need of a decal for a glass door in a pinch...and by that I mean next day. I was fortunate enough to be connected with Alejandra (Ale) through a friend. She is down in Florida, and I am up in NYC so I was super nervous about getting what I needed on time. I emailed her my information, she immediately gave me several options, and she stayed in close touch with me throughout the day via email and text to make sure she was able to create exactly what I was looking for. She truly went the extra mile at the end by running to FedEx before they closed for the night to make sure she was able to get it to me for the next day. It arrived promptly before 10 am in a secure box. I would highly recommend FastSigns for their attention to detail, quality and above all, customer care. Ale was an absolute pleasure to work with!
