Great doctor! Friendly and informative! But horrible, horrible receptionist. She couldn't make an appointment, she couldn't contact my insurance provider, She couldn't give me an estimate of how much my medical procedure would cost me after telling me she would call me up and give me the details. I had to follow up with her twice, and whenever I called, she wouldn't even remember that she had to give me an estimate. Pathetic experience! Had she contacted my insurance provider, I wouldn't have to pay 100 out of pocket. It came as a shock as my visits are usually covered. Aftee the second visit, she said I had to pay since she never verified it with my Insurance provider! Very annoyed at her \professionalism\. Either she's very disinterested at her job, does not take it seriously or does not remember her tasks. Dr. Shah please change your receptionist or you would be losing patients!

I was a new patient for Dr. Shah. I was impressed with the care that I was given. The front staff was very friendly n he was also very easy to talk to. His office was very clean. My procedure was done in office, quick and less painful than I expected. Follow'up in 2 weeks. THANK YOU DR. SHAH!
Dr. Shah is professional and courteous. He has handled some of my daughter's difficult foot situations with great skill.
Dr. Shah is so pleasant and really takes the time to explain what’s wrong and then gives you different option that will make the best decision , he also takes the time to answer any and all questions to your satisfaction.
Dr Shah and his office people are always pleasant, friendly, and professional. He stays very close to appointment times.
