If you need First aid and CPR class, Richmond Training Concepts is a place to go. It is conveniently located, easy to find. Register online for virtual or in-person class. I did in-person class, even though it is more expensive, because i wanted to refresh my CPR skills. Great EMT trainer, comprehensive materials, adequate time for training and test. Certificate is obtained through email, sent next day.

Our instructor, Tom Yeager was excellent. It was a very informal atmosphere and much ignorance was removed :) It was a long day of training yet he kept everyone on task and involved. I highly recommend this group and Mr. Yeager for you safety training.

The instructor explains everything and entertain question along the way of the class. He also shares some real scenarios that will be helpful in assessing and saving life on time to avoid irreversible effect on the victim. Hands on with the mannequin and several trials to attain proper chest compression is helpful to have feel what will possibly happen in the actual event of emergency.
