Not the place for NFA items. Placed a purchase on a can a few years back, after being approved a year ago I can not take possession of it. The shops class 3 License had expired not allowing them to transfer the item to a dealer where I currently live. I’ve been getting the run around and have begun calling the local ATF office to get answers to things that don’t make sense to them either. They supposedly got their license back and will have a few months to settle my issue before my legal representation takes action.

A series of unforeseen events made it necessary to request a refunding of a large sum of money sent to Eric for the purchase of a pistol. Although this situation wasn't optimal, Eric was clear, concise and worked quickly to resolve the issue. The measure of a business, or a business man is sometimes the actions that transpire in the gray space between transactions, and his willingness to assist in a rapid and straightforward fashion is a signal to me that North Fork will prove itself to be a valued asset to the 2a community as it grows and ages. Eric is working at growing a young business regarding firearms in a politically aggressive moment in our history. It can't be easy, but I suspect he'll succeed.
Been a customer of Eric's for a while now, he's always got what I seem to need and goes outta his way to get it to me. Hell he came close to missing a flight once just so he could get me the builders set I wanted before he took off. Finally got a chance to go to the new shop and see it and meet Luke. He's anther pretty stand up guy! I wanted to try a suppressed 22 so Luke and his wife took me and the wife out to their range and had a good old time (with much more than just the 22 I wanted to try) Anyways, Erik and Luke are both stand up dudes with some wicked products and willing to help out any way they can, if they don't have what you want they will track it down for you! 100% recommended doing business with these gents
If I could give a zero star rating I would. Do not use North Fork for class 3 transactions. Two different transfers submitted about 6 months apart were 'lost'. One was approved for 15 months before I found out about it. Ended up having to get a copy of the approved paperwork directly from the ATF in order to pick up the suppressor. After nearly 3 years of 'lost paperwork' never arriving at the ATF, I finally had them transfer the second can to another dealer. Ten days after the new dealer submitted my paperwork the ATF has cashed my check. Do not use this dealer for class 3.
