Dave had us sold at safe water for my kids to drink, it became just a matter of dollars and research. No other company we had give us estimates were as thorough and accurate and PERSONABLE as Dave with Crystal Clear. That was the main determining factor. Eddie and Matt came out today and got my water super quick. Very professional and answered every question I had. I can't wait for that first glass of clean water to come out of my faucet. So I called Crystal Clear this morning with intentions of getting the same run around I have had in the last few days with other competitors. I was able to speak to Andrew who I must say was extremely knowledgeable and helped me truly understand my issue and the most cost effective way to solve it. After all was said and done and with a price I could not walk away from Crystal Clear now has a forever customer. You won't regret having this company in your corner to get you through whatever your water situation may be. I just installed a whole home RO system and all I can say is WOW! There is such night and day difference between smell, taste, and pressure in my home. What an amazing experience, First I came across Crystal Clear Water through google and decided to check out their Youtube Channel, I have never owned a home with a well so this was all new to me. After watching a video from a technician called Eddie I knew what kind of system I wanted. So I called and the next day I had my first visit from Dave and he basically gave me a crash course on having a well and the type of system I had (Salt/Softwater system). After weighing out all the pros/cons I decided to scrap the old system and go with a new whole home RO system and I am so glad I did. No more salt bags, hardwater stains, sulfur smell, and having to go out and purchase water just to drink. The very next day they had a slot open for the install (on new years). The two install technicians (Richard and Eddie) were AMAZING! I am so glad that they were the installers. Both of them take a lot of pride in the work they do. Working diligently and efficiently while I would ask them questions about the system. Both of them are extremely personable, and very easy to talk to. Plus Eddie was the technician I saw on the Youtube Channel so he was able to give me all the little details on how they flush the system and maintenance for it and what was included for the 1st year of owning this system. Attached are the photos of the install VS the old system. Super Clean Work! Thank you Crystal Clear Water for the amazing system.

Wow!!!!! What a group of professionals. First , Dave was so professional, knowledgeable, courteous and compassionate. He explained every detail of all his systems, why this product is way above any of the competitors and how it can save me money in the long run. This is not the cheapest RO system, but if you really do your homework you will find long term it is the most economical. We had spent way over 5k on a competitors system and 4 years later it was completely useless with NO support from the other company , so we decided with a Lifetime Warranty, Crystal Clear was...... Clearly the obvious choice. Install day, Matthew and Eddie showed up on time, in uniform and ready to work. 3 1/2 hours later and I'm enjoying the best water I've ever tasted. Great job guys!! One major point to consider is power and water usage. Our old system never shut off, I estimate 60 a month in power usage alone, the pumps ran all day and most of the night. When Matt and Eddie filled our tank, it was full in a little over an hour, 4 gallons a minute!!!!! Amazing, Dave you have a wonderful crew and an equally amazing product, thank you so much. I will update my review on power usage and keep you updated.

I would highly recommend Crystal Clear Water Purification to anyone who needs well equipment service. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. They sent me at text including a picture of who my technician would be and when he would arrive. Shawn arrived and found the problem within minutes. He then gave me an estimate for everything which I felt was a fair price. Shawn then completed the work in a professional and timely manner.
